    Email: within 1 business day. WhatsApp and phone: same day during business hours. Pro tier customers get a dedicated account manager with a 4-hour SLA.

  • Do you offer phone support in regional languages?

    Yes — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Marathi during business hours. Other languages on a best-effort basis.

  • Can your team help with migration from Tally or another system?

    Yes. We offer a paid Tally migration add-on (₹4,999 one-time) where our team handles masters, opening balances and pending invoices for you.

  • Where can I report a bug or request a feature?

    Email features@accountune.com with screenshots or screen-recordings. We read every message and update you when the request ships.
