₹15,000 in old udhaar recovered in one month
The problem
Like most kirana owners, Suresh wrote udhaar in a diary. On a busy day a credit sale would not get written down, and once it was off the page he forgot about it. Small amounts, but a few thousand rupees went missing every month.
What changed
Now every credit sale is saved against the customer as soon as it happens, and the reminder goes to that customer on WhatsApp on its own. In the first month he got back around ₹15,000 the diary used to lose.
Pehle udhaar ka hisab diary mein tha. Ab Accountune mein sab track hota hai. Ek bhi payment miss nahi hoti.
